Manage built-in pages
Publishing includes built-in Church Center pages for congregants to perform tasks like joining a group, giving online, viewing the directory, or accessing events. The page content is determined in the corresponding product, but the Church Center visibility and navigation are set in Publishing.

To view the status and visibility of your pages:
Select Pages from the top navigation.
In the Status column, view the page's current status.
Pages with a Published status are visible in Church Center through navigation or direct links.
Pages with a Draft status are unpublished and not shown in Church Center.
In the Visibility column, view how a published page is accessed in Church Center. Pages with the Draft status will be blank in this column as they are not visible in Church Center.
Always available: The Me page is always available from the top right corner of Church Center. It can also be included as the start page. This setting cannot be changed.
Link only: The link must be given to a congregant outside of Church Center, or another page must include a navigational element, like a button, to this page.
In navigation: A congregant can find the page using the menu navigation in Church Center.
Tip
If there is a 🔒 lock icon, the page is restricted by membership type. Built-in pages cannot be restricted by membership type.
