Customize the calendar view
Calendar offers two event views that can be customized to fit your church's needs:
Month view organizes your events on a calendar for the selected month.
Table view shows all your events in a list.
To switch between these two views, select the dropdown labeled Month or Table (depending on your current view) in the top right of the calendar on the Events page.

Month view
You can take the following actions on the month view:
Use the View by toggle in the top right to choose whether to highlight events according to their Calendar color or Approval status.
Calendar color: If you have multiple calendars in your organization, events are highlighted according to their corresponding calendar's color.
A yellow ⚠️ warning icon indicates that the event has rooms or resources pending approval. A red ❗️warning icon indicates that the event has a room or resource that was rejected.
Approval status: Events are highlighted based on their approval status. A yellow-highlighted event indicates it has rooms or resources pending approval. A red-highlighted event means a room or resource requested for the event was rejected.
The color line to the left of an event name indicates which calendar it belongs to.
Select the month or year in the top left to view a different month or year.
Use the dropdown in the top left to switch between the Public times only and Full schedule views. The Public times only view won't show event times that have been hidden from shared calendars.
Select the settings sliders icon in the top right to adjust your view settings.

Density: Change the number of events that appear inside the calendar squares by choosing one of the options. Condensed shows six events per date, Expanded shows 12 events, and All Events shows every event.
Tag dots: Check the Tag dots box to show color-coded dots next to each event based on your tag colors.
Dim past events: Check the Dim past events box to display past events in gray.
Table view

Important
Recurring events will only display the next upcoming instance.
You can take the following actions on the table view:
Select [number] future events in the top left to choose whether to view all events, future events, or past events.
Use the dropdown in the top left to switch between the Public times only and Full schedule views. The Public times only view won't show event times that have been hidden from shared calendars.
Select the ✏️ edit icon in the top right to bulk edit the listed events.
Select a column header to sort the list by the info in that column.
