Multi-campus setups
If you have multiple campuses, you know how important organization is. Use required tags to filter events by campus and set up folder structures to find rooms and resources.
Required campus tags
Campuses are managed in account settings and cannot be edited in Calendar, but you can make them required.
When tag groups are required, an event cannot be created without adding a tag from the required groups, which helps ensure each event is assigned to a campus, making your admin calendar view customizable by campus.
Campus tags also function as view filters on the Calendar page in Church Center.
Campus-specific calendars
You can set up dedicated calendars for each campus so that your leaders can easily manage the events that belong to them. When you assign events to campus-specific calendars, you can quickly view each campus's events without having to switch between multiple tag filters.
Important
If you set up campus-specific calendars, be sure to still add campus tags to your events so people can filter events by campus on Church Center.
Structure rooms by campus
This room setup is common for many large churches:
Building 1
Floor 1
Room 1
Room 2
Floor 2
Room 1
Room 2
Building 2
Room 1
Building 1
Floor 1
Room 1
Room 2
Floor 2
Each folder will show which rooms belong in the building.

Campus-specific event request forms
Allow people to request events at a specific campus by creating an event request form for that campus.
Add the campus to the form's name (e.g., "Building Requests - Atlanta Campus") and add the corresponding campus tag to the form's default event settings. All events requested using this form will automatically include that campus tag.
Campus-based approval groups
Create approval groups of people responsible for managing requests at each campus. People who work at multiple campuses can be in more than one campus's approval groups.
Add rooms, resources, and event request forms for each campus to its approval groups.
