Share event request forms
Share your event request forms with the public so they can submit event requests! You can share your form's Church Center URL or share it with a group in Planning Center Groups.
Share the form URL
Event request forms aren't publicly listed in Church Center, so you must share the URL with those who need it.
Select the Forms page in the top navigation.
Select a form from the list to open the individual form page.
Select the Settings tab.
In the Sharing section, select Copy next to the Church Center URL.
Paste the URL to share it on your website, or add it to a custom page or navigation menu in Publishing.
Important
Since event request forms aren't listed on the public Calendar page in Church Center, they can't be embedded on another website.
Share to Groups
If your church uses Planning Center Groups, you can share your form with a group type so leaders can add their group events to your church calendar.
Select the Forms page in the top navigation.
Select a form from the list to open the individual form page.
Select the Settings tab.
In the Sharing section, search for a group type in the Share to Groups field.
Select a group type from the list to share this form with that group type.
Once you share your form with a group type, leaders from that group type can select the calendar icon at the top of a Groups event to add their event to the calendar.
