Personalize stations with themes
Personalize a station by adding a theme! Coordinate with a sermon series or even VBS images. If you don't create and apply a theme, the station will stay the default Check-Ins purple.
If you have editor permissions in Check-Ins, you can manage your organization's themes by using Check-Ins on a web browser.

Create a new theme
Select the Stations page from the top navigation in Check-Ins.
Select the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right.
Choose Themes from the dropdown.
Select New theme in the top right.
Enter your new theme's details in the popup:
Theme name: Name your theme based on the image or when/where it will be used.
Background image: Select Choose File to upload an image from your computer as the theme's background.
Tip
Use the image sizing guide to upload the right size and file type.
Overlay color/mode: Choose the best overlay color for your text. Select Light for a white background and Dark for a black background.
Background color: If you don't have an image, add a background color instead.
Select Submit.
Apply your new theme to an existing station by managing the station's settings, or add it to a quick station so you can apply the theme when creating new stations.
Edit a theme
Select the Stations page from the top navigation in Check-Ins.
Select the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right.
Choose Themes from the dropdown.
Select the theme you'd like to edit.
Edit the theme's details in the popup.
Select Submit to save your changes.
Delete a theme
Warning
You cannot recover a theme once it's been deleted.
Select the Stations page from the top navigation in Check-Ins.
Select the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right.
Choose Themes from the dropdown.
Select the theme you'd like to delete.
Select Delete in the bottom left of the popup.
Select Yes, delete it in the confirmation popup to permanently delete the theme.
