Set your scheduling preferences
Let your team leaders know when you prefer to be scheduled. After setting your preferences, anyone who tries to schedule you for an additional plan will receive a preference warning.
Set general and household scheduling preferences
On the web version of Services, you can choose how many plans per month or per day you'd like to be scheduled. If you have household scheduling set up, you can set your preferences in relation to other household members.
Important
You can only set general and household scheduling preferences on the web version of Services.
Select your profile picture or initials from the top right of the toolbar in Services.
Select My Profile from the sidebar that appears.
Select Edit to the right of the Preferences section.
Use the dropdowns at the top to set the maximum number of plans you'd prefer to be scheduled per month or per day.
If you're part of a household, use the dropdowns next to each household member's name to choose whether or not you'd prefer to be scheduled in the same plan or a concurrent plan with this person.
Choose one of the "same plan" preferences if you'd prefer to be scheduled (or not scheduled) in the exact same plan as this person.
Choose one of the "concurrent plan" preferences if you'd prefer to be scheduled (or not scheduled) in any plan that happens at the same time as a plan where this person is scheduled.
Select Done in the top right of the Preferences section to save your changes.
Set scheduling preferences for specific teams
You can set scheduling preferences for each of your teams on your profile page in Services or Services Mobile.
