Create and manage folders
Set up folders to organize locations that can be grouped together. You can use folders to streamline label assignments, add options to multiple locations, and manage how attendees are distributed across overlapping locations.

Create a folder
Select the Events page in the top navigation.
Choose an event from the list.
Select the Labels & Locations tab from the left sidebar.
Select New folder in the top right.
Enter the name of your new folder in the popup.
(Optional) If there are already other folders in this event, select a parent folder from the dropdown.
Select Submit to go to the new folder's settings page.
Manage the folder's labels, options, and distribution settings in the corresponding sections.
Once your folders are set up, you can move existing locations into each folder as needed.
Select the Events page in the top navigation.
Choose an event from the list.
Select the Labels & Locations tab from the left sidebar.
Drag and drop a location below a folder to move it into that folder.
Edit a folder
To edit a folder's settings:
Select the Events page in the top navigation.
Choose an event from the list.
Select the Labels & Locations tab from the left sidebar.
Select a folder from the list to open its settings page.
Manage the folder's labels, options, and distribution settings in the corresponding sections.
Delete a folder
If you no longer need a folder in your event, you can delete it. When you delete a folder:
All of the locations inside the folder will be deleted.
To preserve locations, close them, drag and drop locations out of the folder, and then add "Closed" to the name of the locations.
The folder will still show on Check-Ins reports for any past check-ins.
Any stations locked to that folder will revert to being locked to the event.
Warning
Deleted folders cannot be recovered.
To delete a folder:
Select the Events page in the top navigation.
Choose an event from the list.
Select the Labels & Locations tab from the left sidebar.
Select a folder from the list to open its settings page.
Select Delete Folder at the bottom of the page.
Select Yes, delete it in the confirmation popup.
