Schedule large groups
If you're scheduling a large group of people, you will probably want to schedule the group directly to each plan, rather than using templates that you would need to update constantly if your team changes often. For example, you might want to schedule all members of a choir who are available for a given week.
To schedule a large group:
Select the Plans page in the top navigation.
If you have multiple folders, select the folder that contains the service type you're working with.
Select a plan from the service type you're working with.
Select the Teams tab.
Select Team actions in the top right.
Choose Add People from the dropdown to open the scheduling sidebar.
Select the Team Member tab.
Choose a team from the dropdown to filter the list by team members. Those without conflicts and whose last scheduled plan is furthest from this date will appear at the top of the list.
Select add multiple in the top right.
Select the team members you'd like to schedule by checking the corresponding boxes, or select all team members by checking the box in the top left.
Important
Selecting all team members will also select team members with conflicts. If you don't want to schedule people with conflicts, you can deselect them before scheduling people to the plan.
(Optional) If someone is assigned to multiple positions on a team, use the Position dropdown to select which position you'd like to schedule them for.
Select Add [number of people] in the top right to schedule the selected team members.
Select the Send button at the top of your team to send a notification email to your team members. That way, people will know they are scheduled and can access the plan.
