Planning Center pricing
Product subscriptions are à la carte, so you can customize your account and only pay for the products you want to use. The Pricing Calculator will let you preview the subscription levels and pricing available for each product and then tell you what the total monthly cost will be based on your selections.
All subscription levels for each product, with the exception of Publishing, include full features and support. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscriptions at any time. The Change plans in slow seasons guide can even help you plan and adjust throughout the year so you're only paying for what you need.
General pricing information
There are no contracts or setup fees. After the first 30 days, you'll receive your first charge based on the pricing you choose.
Check out the Planning Center Pricing page for a general overview of all the products and subscribe to Planning Center products. If you're already subscribed, change your current product plan on the Products Page.
Once you've completed your trial, you will be billed according to your chosen payment frequency on the Billing Info tab on the Subscriptions page in Account settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime, and the change will be reflected on the next invoice.

People is completely free for unlimited users!
Calendar is priced by the number of rooms you manage. All plans include unlimited events, resources, and administrators.
Check-ins is priced by the number of unique check-ins on your busiest day of the week, usually Sunday. You can occasionally exceed your limit for spikes like Christmas or Easter. All plans include unlimited stations, events, and administrators.
Tip

Giving is priced by the number of donations processed (online, in batches, or through Text2Give) in a month. If you process 500 physical donations, it's the same price as processing 200 physical donations + 300 online donations.

Text2Give is only available in the United States.
Groups is priced by the number of members (including leaders) in an active group. Members are only counted once, even if they belong to many groups. Visitors are never included in the total. All plans include unlimited groups and group events.
Registrations is priced by the number of attendees registered for your biggest future signup. All plans include unlimited signups and administrators.
Services is priced by the number of team members who will access the system and by how much file storage you need. Team members include team leaders, volunteers, or anyone who needs access to planning or scheduling. There's no limit to the number of teams or services you can create. Anything you upload (media, chord charts, attachments) takes up file storage.
Services has an add-on that equips musicians to play music for services called Music Stand. Its pricing is based on the Services pricing plan.
Tip
If you're seeing limited Service Types, you were grandfathered in on an older product plan. You can stay on that plan or upgrade to another plan from the Products tab on the Subscriptions page in Account settings.
Publishing is priced based on the features that you use. All plans include a mobile app, custom home page, navigation, and analytics.
The Plus plan includes unlimited custom pages and theming.
The Premium plan includes the Plus plan features, plus unlimited sermon episodes with notes and media.
If you exceed the plan you're subscribed to in any product, your organization administrator will receive an email asking them to reconsider their plan level.
How do I decide which plan to choose?
Here are some tips for choosing which product plan is best for your church:
Typically, about 17% of churchgoers donate. So, to get your average number of monthly donations, multiply [your weekly attendance] x .17 x 4.3 (average weeks in a month). For example, a congregation of 1000 would receive approximately 731 donations a month (1000 x .17 x 4.3 = 731).
Any donation counts as one donation, no matter which payment source is used. For example, if you process 500 physical donations, it's the same price as processing 200 physical donations + 300 online donations.
Understand processing fees
There is always a cost associated with processing digital payments. Planning Center is proud to offer low rates for customers who use Giving and Registrations to collect online donations and event payments.

Need more storage space?
During your subscription, you could potentially exceed the number of team members or storage space your plan allows.
If this happens, your organization administrator can either upgrade to a larger plan or do either of the following:

If you need more storage space, you can delete files.
