Processing online payments always incurs a cost, but Planning Center is proud to offer low rates! There are no setup fees, contracts, or termination fees to process online payments with Planning Center, but each transaction will incur a fee based on the rates below.

United States	All major card processors allowed, charged the following: Domestic credit and debit cards: 2.15% + $0.30 per transaction International cards: 3.65% + $0.30 per transaction ACH bank transfer: 0% + $0.30 per transfer
Canada	Domestic Visa and Mastercard: 2.2% + $0.30 CAD per transaction Other domestic card brands: 2.9% + $0.30 CAD per transaction International cards: 3.7% + $0.30 CAD per transaction While all major credit cards are supported for Canadian organizations, only a limited number of debit cards will work. For example, Visa Debit is supported, but Interac ATM cards or cards without a 3 or 4-digit CVC code are not.
Australia	Visa, Mastercard, and non-AMEX domestic cards: 1.4% + $0.30 AUD per transaction AMEX domestic cards: 1.75% + $0.30 AUD per transaction International cards: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction BECS Direct Debit: 0% + $0.50 AUD per transfer
New Zealand	Visa, Mastercard, and non-AMEX domestic cards: 2.5% + $0.30 NZD per transaction AMEX domestic cards: 2.7% + $0.30 NZD per transaction International cards: 2.9% + $0.30 NZD per transaction

Additional fees

In addition to processing fees, additional fees may be incurred for things like disputes, failed bank transfers, or foreign exchange fees. Fees are determined based on your location.

Bank transfer/Direct Debit fees

Whenever a bank transfer or direct debit transaction is disputed or fails, a fee is charged.

Card dispute fees

If a cardholder disputes a card transaction, fees are charged when the dispute is received, and if you counter the dispute. Fees charged when a dispute is received cannot be returned, but fees charged when you counter a dispute are generally returned if you win the dispute.
