Manage mobile app notifications

Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of Services Mobile.

Tap ⚙️ Settings in the bottom right corner.

Tap Team and schedule in the Notifications section.

Choose your preferred app for receiving team and schedule notifications.

If you chose Services Mobile as your preferred app, toggle the notification types you'd like to receive as push notifications (in addition to email notifications).

Choose whether to include unread messages in your badge count, or toggle that option off to only see pending requests in your badge count.

If you have a phone number and a supported mobile carrier listed on your profile, you can toggle which notifications you'd like to receive as text messages in addition to app notifications.

Tap the back arrow in the top left to go back to your settings page.

Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of Services Mobile.

Tap ⚙️ Settings in the bottom right corner.

Tap Chat conversations in the Notifications section.

Choose your preferred app for receiving Group Conversation notifications and Team Conversation notifications

(Optional) Tap a team name to choose which notifications you'd like to receive for that team's chat conversation, then tap the back arrow in the top left to go back to the chat settings page.

Tap Done in the top right to apply your changes.
