Assign people to times

When scheduling, it's important to make sure that people are assigned to the correct times. A person's assigned times will show up on their My Schedule page, scheduling emails, and any synced calendars.

To adjust a scheduled person's assigned times:

  1. Select the Plans page in the top navigation.

  2. If you have multiple folders, select the folder that contains the service type you're working with.

  3. Select a plan from the service type you're working with.

  4. Select the Teams tab.

  5. Select a scheduled person's name to open the Editing Scheduled Person popup.

  6. In the times section on the right, check the boxes next to the times to which this person should be assigned.

    • Each team is assigned to specific times; however, you can change those times for specific people. Make sure that the times checked are the times that this person should serve. To update the default times assigned to each team, edit the plan's times.

    • If the team member is on a split team, only schedule them for the times they are supposed to serve.

  7. Select Save to save this person's assigned times.
