Set the current folder
When you add a new person to Services with viewer permissions or higher, you can start them off so that when they log in, their Plans page will aways be set to a specific folder. This is helpful if your account has many folders or sub-folders, and it's difficult to find the right one.
Important
To set the Current Folder folder for another person, you must have scheduler permissions or higher. People with lower permissions will not have access to the Details tab and won't be able to set their current folder.
You can set a person's current folder on their profile page:
Enter a person's name into the search bar at the top right.
Select their name to open their profile.
Select the Details tab.
Select Find a folder in the Current Folder section on the right.
Select a folder from the list or enter the name of a folder to search for it.
When that person goes to the main plans page next, they will be in the folder that you set without having to navigate there themselves.
