Access past plans

Once all dates in a plan have passed, the plan is no longer shown on the main dashboard. You can load past plans from a service type.

  1. Select the Plans page in the top navigation.

  2. If you have multiple folders, select the folder that contains the service type you're working with.

  3. Scroll down to the service type you're working with.

  4. Select the Upcoming dropdown to show your viewing options for past plans.

  5. Choose one of the preset options or select Custom.

  6. If you choose Custom, use the calendar set a date range of past plans to view.

Tip

If you have a plan displaying that should be archived, it means there is a date involved with that plan that has not yet passed (usually a rehearsal or other time).

Go into the plan, select each time in the Times section in the upper left, and make sure all the dates are set correctly. Many times a date has been set a year in the future by mistake.
