Reschedule your plans
If you need to reschedule your services, you can adjust your entire plan or order of service for up to four weeks in advance.
Reschedule a whole plan
Select the Plans page in the top navigation.
If you have multiple folders, select the folder that contains the service type you're working with.
Select a plan from the service type you're working with.
If the Times section on the left is grayed out, select the header to expand the section.
Select the dropdown arrow next to the Times header.
Choose Reschedule Plan from the dropdown.
Select Reschedule - Entire Plan in the popup and adjust your settings:
Use the dropdown to choose how many weeks you want to shift your plans.
Choose whether to shift your plan Back or Forward.
Check the box to reset each person's status to their team's default status.
Select Reschedule Plans in the bottom right. All times in this plan and all future plans in this service type will be shifted.
If you later decide you've shifted them too far, you can always shift them back.
After you've made your changes, make sure to send everyone an email letting them know of the change. Any team members who now have pending assignments on the schedule will have buttons to accept or decline their rescheduled positions.
Reschedule order of service
If you want to shift the content of a plan while leaving people in place, you can reschedule the order of service only.
Select the Plans page in the top navigation.
If you have multiple folders, select the folder that contains the service type you're working with.
Select a plan from the service type you're working with.
If the Times section on the left is grayed out, select the header to expand the section.
Select the dropdown arrow next to the Times header.
Choose Reschedule Plan from the dropdown.
Select Reschedule - Order of Service in the popup and adjust your settings:
Use the dropdown to choose how many weeks you want to shift your order of service.
Check the box to move the plan notes along with the order of service.
Select Reschedule Plans in the bottom right.
New plans will be created to contain the order of service information, and the original plans will be retitled to "Rescheduled".
In the original plan, you can create a new service, unschedule your people, or delete the plan completely.
