Create plan reports

You can use plan reports to print your service order, scheduled team members, service times recorded in Services LIVE, plan notes, and more. You can also create your own custom plan reports.

To print a plan report:

Select the Plans page in the top navigation.
If you have multiple folders, open the folder containing the service type you're working with.
Select a plan from the service type.
Select the 🖨️ print icon in the top right to open the Print popup.
From the Report dropdown, choose between Standard Report or one of the Standard Custom Report options.
Tip
To create your own custom report, select Edit Custom Reports at the bottom of the list.
In the Format section, choose whether to output your report as a PDF or a Web Page. If you select PDF, dropdown menus will appear where you can adjust print options, such as Page Size, Orientation, and Margin.
If you selected the Standard Report, choose which elements to include in each report section:
- Times, Songs/Items, Item Notes: Use the checkboxes to choose which plan details to include.
- Plan Notes: Select Add.. next choose which teams' notes to include.
- Teams: Select Add... to choose which scheduled team members to include in the report.
- Graphics: Use the checkboxes in the Graphics section to select which graphics to include.
Select Submit to generate your report.

Select the Plans page from the bottom navigation.
If you have multiple folders, select the folder containing the service type you're working with.
Select the service type you're working with.
Tap a date to open that plan page.
Select the Order tab at the top of the plan page.
Tap the 🖨️ Print button at the top of the order of service.
Tap Report to select the Standard Report format or one of the Standard Custom Report options.
Tap Formatting to adjust your print formatting settings, such as the font size, page size, orientation, and margins.
If you selected the Standard Report, choose which elements to include in the sections below.
- Order: Choose which order of service elements to include in your report.
- Sections: Choose which sections to include in your report.
  - Plan Notes: If you've added plan notes for your teams, select a team from a list to include any notes assigned to that team.
  - Rehearsal Times & Other Times: Choose whether to display your plan's rehearsal times and other times on the report.
  - Teams: Select which scheduled teams you'd like to display in your report.
- Graphics: Choose whether to include your church's logo or to print Items in Color based on your service type's item row colors.
Tap Next at the top right of the page. You'll be directed to a preview page where you can select your device's Share icon to download a PDF or send the report to a wireless printer.

Standard custom report examples

Services includes a few standard custom reports. Open the sections below to see examples of standard custom reports.

PEOPLE: Plan people with contact Info

This report lists the people scheduled to teams and their contact information.

PLAN: Color with series art

This report is printed in color and shows the service order, people, general notes, the time planned for each service element, and people assigned to specific teams.

PLAN: Simplified production flow

This report displays the team assignments and a simplified service order, including the schedule and duration of each item.

LIVE: Recorded times

This report can be generated after a service to collect information about the planned and actual length of different service items.
