Add multiple people to a group
If you want to populate a whole group of people at once or have a list of group members outside of Planning Center, you can add those people to a group within Planning Center People.
Important
You must have editor or manager permissions in People.
Select the People page from the top navigation.
Select the ⚙️ settings icon.
Choose Bulk Actions from the dropdown.
Use the search bar to search for people by name and select them from the dropdown.
If you have a list of people, you can change Individuals to Lists and perform the action on the entire list of people instead.
Select the Groups option from the Application dropdown.
Select the Add to Group option from the Action dropdown.
Choose the group to add them to using the Group dropdown.
Choose the role to assign them using the Role dropdown.
Choose whether or not to Notify member.
Select the Perform action on [number of] people button.
