Print receipts and view previous payments
Organization administrators and billing managers can access all past payment information from the Billing History tab on the Subscriptions page in the Account settings. Billing managers receive an email to all email addresses on their profile each time a payment is made or if a debit is taken from the prepaid balance.
In Account settings, select the Subscriptions page in the top navigation.
Select the Billing History tab. Receipts for payments, pre-paid balance debits, and refunds are listed here by date.
Select a date and you'll see detailed information about that transaction.
Important
If your organization is located in an area that requires sales tax to be charged, that amount appears on these receipts.
If you need a copy of your receipt, but don't have access to your organization's Account settings, you can find receipts by visiting the Charges Page.
You must know the last four digits of the card on file and your billing zip code.
Payment frequency and receipts
You can choose to be charged your payment amount each month, every 3, 6, or 12 months. To set the frequency you want, add or update payment information.
Monthly billing
If you've chosen to pay monthly, you'll receive a statement when your card is charged, stating that your credit card was charged successfully for the Planning Center account registered to your church. The amount and the card you used will show in that email.
Other payment frequencies
If your payment frequency is set to every 3, 6, or 12 months, your payment is added to a prepaid balance. Your monthly subscription price is then deducted from your prepaid balance each month.
You will receive a statement each time your card is charged and each month as your monthly subscription fee is deducted from your prepaid balance. The monthly statement says, "This is a receipt to let you know we've used funds from your prepaid balance and applied them to your account. This is not an invoice, and no payment is due." This monthly email lets you know funds were debited from your prepaid balance, which you can find on the Billing Info tab.
