Create service type reports
You can create a report listing all the songs or people who have been scheduled for a service type or compare the lengths of previous services.
View service type reports
To open the service type reports page:
Select the Plans page in the top navigation.
If you have multiple folders, select the folder that contains the service type you're working with.
Select the ⚙️ settings icon to the right of the service type you're working with.
Choose Reports from the dropdown.
Use the dropdown in the top left to set a time frame for your report.
Select the People, Songs, or Service Length tab to open the corresponding report type.
Tip
If a report isn't loading, narrow your date range to a shorter amount of time.
Read the following sections to learn more about each report type.
People report
View people who have been scheduled to plans based on the selected time frame.
Use the dropdown in the top left to choose which teams to include in the report. Your teams will be selected by default.
View the overall stats for people scheduled in this time frame at the top. You can find the total number of scheduled people, the number of new people, and the average number per plan.
The pie graph in the top left shows the percentage of people who confirmed, denied, or didn't respond to scheduling requests.
The table below shows individual team members' scheduling statuses for each plan. The New badge appears next to team members who were scheduled for the first time. If people are scheduled for multiple positions in a single plan, their statuses for the positions will be stacked.
Select the 🖨️ print icon or the ⬇️ download icon at the top right to print or download the report as a CSV file.
Select the column button (three vertical lines) in the top right to view plan statuses, attendance, or both.
Select a column header to sort by that column.
Songs report
View the songs scheduled over the selected time frame.
View overall song stats for this date range at the top. You can see the total number of songs scheduled, new songs scheduled, and average number songs scheduled per plan.
The table provides information on individual songs, such as those scheduled for the first time in this service type and the plan dates for each scheduled song.
Select the 🖨️ print icon or the ⬇️ download icon at the top right to print or download the report as a CSV file.
Service length report
If you use Services LIVE, view how well you track and keep pace with your planned item lengths.
View the average service length stats for the selected timeframe at the top. You can see the planned service length, actual service length, and the difference between planned and actual times. The number for the average difference will be green if it's under the planned length and red if it's over.
Hover over individual plans in the bar graph to see how far off the planned length times were from the LIVE times if LIVE was used during the service.
Select the 🖨️ print icon in the top right to print the report.
