Promote Church Center to your congregation
Church Center is a website and mobile app your congregants can use to stay connected with your church. Whether you're introducing Church Center to your congregation, encouraging groups to use chat, helping parents check in their children, or just hoping to increase Church Center use, here are some resources and ideas to help you promote Church Center to your congregation!
Prepare setup links and promotional materials
Generate a setup QR code or link to share with your congregants so they can download the Church Center app with your church preselected—no searching needed!
Generate a setup QR code or link
Select Customize from the top navigation.
Select the Mobile app tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Share Church Center with your congregation section.
Under App setup link, select the Copy to clipboard or Download QR code button.

To generate a Church Center web page QR code or link:
Select Pages from the top navigation.
Select Home or the page you wish to share from the list of active pages.
Select the Page Navigation and Access dropdown at the top of the editor to find the options for sharing your page.
Under Page link, select the Copy to clipboard or Show QR code button.
Download free promotional materials
Planning Center's marketing site offers free Church Center marketing assets in PNG and PSD formats for you to add to slides, flyers, or bulletins.
Download a custom Church Center promotional video
Generate a fully customized promotional video to share and encourage your congregants to download the Church Center app.
Select the Customize page from the top navigation.
Select the Mobile app tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Church Center promotional video and templates section.
Select the Get started button.
Choose your video's logo by selecting the Use current Church Center logo option or upload a logo using the Use a different logo option.
Choose which features you'd like to highlight in your video using the checkboxes beneath each product.
Choose whether or not to Include background music using the toggle.
Select Generate video. This process takes a few moments.
Once generated, select Download video in 16:9 to download an MP4 file.
If you want to change your logo or highlighted features, select Reset promotional video.
Encourage and monitor engagement
After you've activated the Church Center app and shared your promotional materials, there are a few ways to monitor how your congregation is engaging with the app.
Continue sharing your QR code in emails, social posts, and your lobby so everyone, including newcomers, can use it.
Check out the data on the Dashboard page in Publishing to see which Church Center pages are (or aren't) engaging your congregants.
Add the Church Center app users widget to your Home dashboard to see how app usage changes over time.
