Customize your Church Center logo and theme
Upload your church's logo
Your logo is displayed in various places throughout Planning Center, including Church Center, email headers, and donor statements.
Logo images must be a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF file at least 150x150px and will be resized to 1000x1000px. The maximum file size is 20MB.
Select the Customize page from the top navigation in Publishing.
Select the Theme tab at the top of the page.
Select the image icon above Light mode in the Church Center logo section.
Drag and drop the light mode version of your logo into the pop-up. For best display, this logo should be black or dark-colored on a transparent or white background.
Select Update logo.
Select the image icon above Dark mode.
Drag and drop the dark mode version of your logo into the pop-up. For best display, this logo should be white or light-colored over a transparent or black background.
Select Update logo.
If you don't upload a dark mode version of your logo, the light mode version will be used for both light and dark modes.
Tip
If you're just updating a logo, drag the new logo into the pop-up. There's no need to remove the previous logo first.
Customize your Church Center theme
Customizing your Church Center theme will help make your Church Center pages consistent with your church's visual identity.

This feature is only available on Publishing's paid plans.

Select the Customize page from the top navigation.
Select the Theme tab at the top of the page.
Select the Customize toggle in the Custom Church Center Theme section.
Use the Color Selection tool to pick the Light Mode theme color.
Select Dark Mode.
Use the Color Selection tool to pick the Dark Mode theme color.
Tip
Select the Auto checkbox, and the Color Selection tool will automatically match whatever color you choose to appear the same in light and dark mode.
Select View to preview your changes, or Save to publish them.
