Pair a station with its device

If a station loses connection and suddenly displays a QR code, you can re-pair it directly from the station device or while using Check-Ins on the web! You can also pair your station with a new device if you need to replace an older one.

On the station device

To pair a station directly from the station device:

  1. Scan the QR code on the station device.

  2. Enter your login credentials if you're not already logged in.

  3. Select Existing station at the top of the page.

  4. Choose an existing station from the dropdown.

  5. Select Connect device.

    Important

    If you're pairing a station with a new device, the old device will be disconnected from your account.

On the web

To pair a station while using Check-Ins on a web browser:

  1. Select the Stations page in the top navigation.

  2. Select the station that was disconnected.

  3. In the popup, scroll down to Device Pairing.

  4. Select Pair.

  5. Type in the code shown on the Check-Ins app. You may need to select More options below the QR code on the station to view it.

  6. Select Pair with device to complete the setup.
