Request an event

If you need to request a space to host an event at your church, use an event request form that your church provides on Church Center!

Event request forms can only be accessed through a link your church shares. If the link was published on Church Center, you must log in before submitting an event request.

  1. Select the link your church provided. The link might be located in the Church Center navigation, in an email you received, on your church's website, or another location.

  2. Provide all requested information. Every form collects an event name, date, start and end times (remember to account for setup and teardown times!), and event description. Your church determines the additional details needed.

  3. After you have completed all questions, select Submit to finish your event request and view the confirmation page.

  4. Select Submit another event request at the bottom of the confirmation page to submit another request using the same form.

After you submit your event request, you will receive an email with a summary of the details. Submissions cannot be edited after they are submitted. If you need to make changes, reply to the confirmation email to contact the request form's administrators. Additionally, event administrators will email you if they have any questions about your request.

You'll receive an email when your event request has been approved or rejected.

The form is not accepting submissions. What now?

If you open the link to an event request form and it's not accepting submissions, an administrator has closed it. Contact your church to find out how they'd like you to proceed.
