View sermon watch counts
See how your congregation engages with your live and recorded videos in your channel's Stats tab.
Select Content in the top navigation in Publishing.
Select the Sermons tab at the top of the page.
Select a channel.
Select the Stats tab.
Choose the time period you want to view from the dropdown on the right.
Select the Library Watch Count to view how many people watched episodes from your on-demand library. Select Live Watch Count tab to view each live video's average and total views.
Hover over a specific date to see how many people watched.
What counts as a new view?
Each time someone selects Watch now on Church Center web or app for that specific time.
If someone refreshes that page on Church Center web, it will add another view
What does not count as a new view:
Someone soft-closes their Church Center app and then comes back and taps play.
Someone clicks away from the Church Center web browser window and comes back.
Someone clicks pause on either Church Center web or app, and then resumes play later.
Important
Watch counts are only tracked for live or on-demand videos. Sermon audio downloads are not included in the count.
