Set up episodes for livestream and on-demand viewing
Boost engagement with your church by allowing people to access your sermons on Church Center! Set up sermon episodes so people can:
Watch while you're livestreaming or at a scheduled date.
Access videos or audio-only content anytime using the on-demand library.
Follow along with your service using sermon notes.

You must be subscribed to the Premium level plan in Publishing to access sermons and episodes.
Publishing supports livestream or on-demand playback share links for these platforms:
Important
Playlist embed codes and HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) links are not supported.
Schedule a live episode
A live video has the benefit of chat, in-line links, and a banner at the top of the Sermons page on Church Center. To schedule a video to be played live, whether from an embedded source or a pre-recorded link, add the information to the appropriate section in the channel settings.
Livestream video
If your live video streams from a supported provider, you can add the embed code, and the video will also play on Church Center. Episodes can use the default livestream URL, time-specific livestream URLS, or links to pre-recorded videos.
Live episodes play at the specified times but are not added to Church Center unless they are added to the on-demand library.
Select Sermons from the top navigation in Publishing.
Select a channel.
Select an episode.
Select the Media and resources tab.
Choose the episode's source in the Watch live section.
Default livestream URL: The default URL in the channel settings will automatically be applied.
Time-specific livestream URLs: Add your embed code for each time. If you have several livestreams, add the embed code for each.
Select Manage times to add or remove times or to edit the time for the livestream to play. If the episode belongs to a channel with pre-set times, the schedule will follow the channel's times instead of these times.
Schedule a pre-recorded video replay
If you want your pre-recorded video to play live at a specific time, add the video link, and it will play on Church Center. Under Watch Live on the Media and Resources tab, set a time and add your link.
Select Sermons from the top navigation.
Select a channel.
Select an episode.
Select the Media and resources tab.
Choose Pre-recorded video as the episode's source in the Watch live section.
Add the link to your video on YouTube, Vimeo, Resi, or Boxcast in the Video URL field.
Select Manage times to add or remove times or to edit the time for the livestream to play. If the episode belongs to a channel with pre-set times, the schedule will follow the channel's times instead of these times.
