Edit or remove a profile
Administrators can update a member's contact information from their profile or remove a person from Groups if they have permissions on People.
Tip
Group members can update their own contact information from their profile in Church Center.
Edit a member's profile
Select the People page from the top navigation.
Search the person's name using the search box in the top right.
Select the person's name from the list to open their profile.
Select the Actions button at the top right.
Choose Edit profile from the dropdown.
Make edits in the Edit profile popup.
Select Save.
Remove a person from Groups
Select the People page from the top navigation.
Search the person's name using the search box in the top right.
Select the person's name from the list to open their profile.
Select the Actions button at the top right.
Choose Delete profile... from the dropdown. (If you don't have manager permissions in the People product, this option will be grayed out.)
Select Open in People in the popup.
Make the person's profile inactive in People.
Reactivate a person
Select the People page from the top navigation.
Search for the person's name using the search box at the top right.
Select the person's name from the list to open their profile.
Select the Actions button at the top right.
Select Reactivate in People. (If you don't have manager permissions in the People product, this option will be grayed out.)
Reactivate the person's profile in People.
