Cancel your Planning Center account
If you're an organization administrator and have decided that Planning Center isn't right for your organization, you can cancel your account anytime.
If you're simply looking to use some products and not others, unsubscribe from the products you no longer want instead of canceling your whole account.
What happens when I cancel my account?
When you cancel your account, the following happens:
The organization administrators will receive a cancellation email notification.
You will no longer be charged.
No one can access any information or files stored in Planning Center products.
Your data is stored for one year in case you decide to reactivate your account. Once one year passes, all data associated with the account is permanently deleted.
Cancel account
If you have been using Church Center, you must deactivate Church Center before you cancel the account. Once you've deactivated Church Center, follow the steps below to cancel your account.
In account settings, select the Subscriptions page in the top navigation.
Select Products on the left.
Select the Change plans button in the top right.
Scroll down and select the Disable this account entirely button at the bottom of the page.
Read the Cancel Planning Center Entirely popup.
Select the Shut down our account button.
