Log in to Church Center

Once you've located your church on the mobile app or web browser, you can log in. Church Center uses a passwordless login, which is more secure than a traditional username and password combination.

The login method you use depends on your church's location:

  • For churches in the United States or Canada, use your phone number or email address.

  • For churches outside the United States and Canada, you must use your email address.

Important

Users under 13 years of age cannot log in to Church Center. If the birthdate on your profile is incorrect, contact your church administrator for help.

Log in

  1. Select your church from the search list and tap Log in.

  2. Enter your phone number or tap Use email address instead to enter your email address.

  3. Tap Next.

  4. Enter the six-digit verification code from your email or text message into the text box.

  5. Tap Next.

  6. Verify that your name appears on the welcome screen, and then tap Log in.

If your church has multiple campuses, you may be prompted to select or update your campus after logging in, which will set your campus filter when viewing other pages for your church.

You'll remain logged in unless you're inactive for 90 days.

  1. Select Log in in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Enter your phone number or select Use email address instead to enter your email address.

  3. Select Next.

  4. Enter the six-digit verification code from your email or text message into the text box.

  5. Select Next.

  6. Verify that your name appears on screen and then select Log in as [your name].

You'll remain logged in unless you're inactive for 14 days.

Troubleshooting verification codes

If you're not receiving a six-digit verification code, here are a couple of troubleshooting steps to try before reaching out to Planning Center's support team.

  • Add 360-552-7771 and 855-956-4353 to your contacts. All Church Center login codes will come from one of these numbers.

  • Text START to 360-552-7771 and 855-956-4353.

  • Check your spam messages on iOS or spam & blocked messages on Android. If you find your verification codes here, mark them as not spam.

  • Wait five minutes between requesting codes. This will prevent a delayed code from accidentally becoming invalidated.

  • If none of the above work, try the Use email address instead option.
